We were so happy and comfortable here, Amitabh and his mum are extremely friendly and helpful. The room is perfect and the balcony has beautiful views, the house is 1 minute from a peaceful beach and an easy 5-10 minute walk from lots of places to eat. We were made to feel genuinely at home and helped out with whatever we needed, which was extremely welcome after a few weeks away from home, as we needed some comfort.

I had stayed at this for 4 days with my wife and kids. The place is superb. A big room with a big washroom and a balcony. Before booking this Airbnb i was a bit sceptical, but now I know I made the right choice. I didn't had a single problem while staying at this place for 4 days. His resort is just opposite his house. Everyday we used to have breakfast and dinner at his resort. There's a scooty rent shop just outside his house. So don't think twice, just go ahead and book it.

Booked through Airbnb and our stay was so peaceful. It’s a separate room + balcony on the way to Kalapathar beach. Host Roy and his mother took care of everything. Pick drop and arrange rental vehicles . Room is big enough for 4 persons. Big one too. The bathroom is huge. Balcony with a view of the mountains. Amazing setting. Must visit the stay if you’re in havelock and worth the price. The host also owns a property opposite and was kind enough to offer private beach and swimming pool access.

This place is a gem. Honesty if in Havelock there is no better place to be in this price range. The host Amitabh is a well traveled and knowledge person who will guide you every step of the way. His mother is a pious and warm person who never says no to anything. I used her kitchen many times to make tea, cofee and maggi. She cooked sumptuous dinner for us too on our last night there.The place can easily accommodate 4 people and the outside view of lush green trees is breathtaking. The best part about this homestay is that it is right across Amitabh's beach resort and you can visit the pool , restaurant , beach wherever you want. Apart from this there are amazing restaurants in walking distance where you can go . Amitabh took us with him for a party to a resort nearby on our first night. That was so sweet of him and didn’t have to do that. His family is one of the very first island settlers and as its a small place everyone seemed to know him. He arranged for our scuba and ride.

Fantastic stay at Roy’s Villa. The bedroom itself is large, well maintained, and extremely comfortable. The attached bathroom is almost as big as the bedroom, while the balcony offers a peaceful view in the mornings and evenings. Amitabh is a kind and well connected man on the island, he helped me get a scooter shortly after I arrived and gave me great advice on where I should visit during my short stay in Havelock. The property is close to delicious restaurants such as Kathmandu and Anju Coco, and is located near Kalapathar, ie sunrise beach. Radhanagar (sunset beach) is a short 10 minute bike ride away. I would also like to thank Amitabh’s mum for generously cooking me lunch before I left, it was absolutely delicious. For anyone wanting an authentic and comfortable experience of Havelock, then Roy’s Villa is the place for you. It was the best decision I could have made. Thanks for everything Amitabh, much appreciated.
